  1. Cleaned and polished shafts to preserve original varnish
  2. Cleaned metals and wood barrel
  3. Checked for proper ferrule fit
  4. Cork left intact to prevent drying

Note: A very fine rod from long gone, custom home builder. A sweet trout rod!
